2024 Christmas Memorial Tree's
Since Prince Albert consort of Queen Victoria introduced the Christmas Treeit has become a mainstay of celebrations within families the world over, it’s safe to say we all love Christmas trees - be it the buying and choosing of the perfect shape, the decorating with festive baubles, the careful placing of gifts
from Santa below its branches, to be opened by excited children (and adults) on Christmas morning. Many of us also like to see Christmas trees in public places.
As most of our families know, we have a long-standing tradition here at Butterfields with our Memorial Charity Christmas Tree's, offering families somewhere to hang a message of love and remembrance and a beautiful way to honour and cherish the memories of those who are no longer here to share the season with us.
These special tree's in our Memorial Gallery serves as a touching tribute where family and friends can gather to reflect on cherished moments, and it allows everyone to feel connected to the loved ones they miss.
