Restarting Bereavement Support

We are pleased to inform you that we are now able to start offering our Bereavement Support Service once again at our Swinton branch.

At the moment we are unable to offer this service at Kimberworth due to the room sizes and staff constraints, but we will keep you updated as and when this changes.

The Bereavement Support Service at Swinton will be conducted on a one to one basis as normal but instead of being held in one of our intimate family rooms it will now be within the detached bungalow on site which is usually reserved for our catering. This is a much larger space and so will allow for social distancing along with the privacy that is required.

There is also the option of a telephone bereavement service for those who are unable to come into Swinton or do not feel comfortable with direct contact at this time for whatever reason.

We understand that now more than ever is a very difficult time to be bereaved due to the enforced regulations imposed upon us all due to the pandemic and the further isolation that this has caused.  Please do not struggle on alone, we are here at the end of the telephone.
